About
Independent company. This site describes Liltor. Pronounce it LIL-tor.
From lilt, a pleasant rising cadence in speech. The product is the voice on the lot. Agents that sound like a person on your service drive, trained on that rooftop’s calls.
Founder. Walks lots, sits in on service audio, and owns the first rooftop go-live with you.
Careers
Apply by writing Rahul at [email protected] with the role in the subject. Include a rooftop you would walk first and a call you would refuse to automate.
Barge-in, endpointing, and the rising cadence that makes a service desk sound like the store. You will sit in on live rooftop audio with consent and ship the latency budget the advisor can live with.
Hours, loaner rules, DMS write paths, and recall calendars. You turn a walkthrough into config a service manager will sign.
On the lot for go-live. You run the handoff drill, sit at the advisor tower, and stay until the hunt group is quiet.
Nights and weekends when an agent needs a human. You watch after-hours queues and take the calls the rooftop marked as always-handoff.
Security
Publish PCI, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 only with reports in the trust packet. Ask [email protected] for the current packet. This page lists controls. The packet holds the reports.
TLS 1.2 or newer in transit. AES-256 at rest for call audio, transcripts, and rooftop config. Keys stay in the cloud account named on your order form.
Role-based access for advisors, fixed-ops, and group IT. SSO is on the Group plan. Production audio is off limits to anyone without a named rooftop role.
Audio and transcripts can stay in US regions when the order form says so. Group deals write the region before go-live.
Speech, telephony, and hosting vendors sit under Liltor’s agreement. The named list is in the trust packet. We will walk it on request, including subprocessors that touch audio.
Contact
Rahul answers these. Bring hours, a DMS booking owner, and whether you want Service lane or Full lot first.
Thanks. Rahul will write back at the email you gave. For a faster ping use [email protected].
Recordings, transcripts, repair-order identifiers, and phone numbers collected while an agent is on the line belong to the rooftop customer. Liltor processes that data to run and adapt agents for that rooftop.
The walkthrough form collects your name, rooftop, work email, phone, lane interest, and message. We use it to schedule a walkthrough. It stays with the walkthrough inbox.
Deletion path within 30 days of a written request, legal holds excepted. Write [email protected] from the rooftop’s named email and specify audio, transcripts, form data, or all three.
Handoff audio is used to adapt the agent for that rooftop. It is not used to train a public demo voice. Group deals can write a tighter retention window on the order form.
Liltor provides production voice agents for dealership operations: inbound and outbound calling, service scheduling, parts status, and BDC appointment setting, with human handoff. Subscription fees are per rooftop as on the order form.
A rooftop is one physical store with one service book. Annual is typical. Usage caps and overage are the numbers printed on the order form.
You grant Liltor a license to process call audio and transcripts solely to operate, evaluate, and adapt agents for your rooftops. That license ends when the agreement ends, subject to the deletion path and legal holds.
The agent writes appointments only on the books you configure. You remain responsible for hours, loaner policies, pricing, and the people who take handoffs. Vehicle deals stay with the desk. Card data stays off this site.
Do not use the agents to record a call where your consent path is missing, to impersonate a person who does not work at the rooftop, or to route emergency services. Keep posted after-hours messages accurate.
